We chose this hotel because of its location near the historical area of Phitsanulok, and it did not disappoint. A market was set up down the street, so many bargains were found and good coffee shops as well an added bonus.Breakfast was very basic but the restaurant in the evening was excellent with a view of the river at night with live music.The room itself was big enough, but the bathroom was basic and not really big enough. Having said this for the price, this city hotel was an absolute bargain.

Bathroom. The shower was great but there was not enough room, so the floor kept flooding.

Breakfast was adequate but basic and location was good specially for the Loy Krathong festivities.

Main shortcomming was the lack of lockbox in the room or security box at reception.

The location is very good.

Aircon remote only "knows" temperature (wrong remote for aircon). Bathroom sink has a tap that splatters water... shouldn't be too hard to fix! There's a limit to mattress softness - this one was beyond the limit.

This was our second time here ineight days. Everything was just right.

Restaurant like many hotels in Thailand was not disabled friendly not that it hindered me.

Worst

1. Water still cold even turned on the water heater and had to wait engineering to fix it2. Some of lights in the room was run-down 3. Some staff from reception, room service, restaurant sometimes they liked to break into the word while saying something with. That's not really nice, if you wanna ask me the room no. or anything you should let me finished saying first! 4. It was very surprised that I got them the dessert but no any thanks back. 5. 4 days with same duvet cover!

A bit far from the local night markets. But hotel will call taxi to go there.

Hotel was lovely and clean and very comfortable big room. Good location beside the river, very picturesque. Very close to some ancient ruins, and temples. Staff were very friendly and helped me with any thing I needed. They were always willing to help, and always with a smile.

I wouldn't say I like the design of the hotel room. Be careful of those unnecessary steps, which might be risky for the elders.

The hotel is quiet located, at the river Nam (from the train station about 15 min walk). The staff was very helpful, the room very clean. Wifi worked all the time. Breakfast was very good (Nescafe, tea, water, juice), rice, 2 sides of thai dishes, eggs, soup, toast and jam too. The breakfast was at the terrasse of the hotel, very nice few in the morning. Room service for food is available. Parking place is around the hotel.

The one that expects international TV, will get national and local TV.

Good location right on the river, the restaurant was very good but pretty pricey, but expected from the location and live music.

No view from the room and parking on the road only.

We stayed on 2 separate nights, the first time, the room had a view of a concrete wall; the second time we had a view up the river. We ate in the hotel on the way north and were pleasantly surprised how good it was. The rooms are ok, clean and basic [for about 810 baht/night, incl breakfast, I don't know if that's a Covid special price]. There is very little near the hotel to do [or anywhere else in the town - it's not touristy for foreigners], with few restaurants to suit foreigners, but there is one well known noodle restaurant along the river. There is a famous temple further along the river & the King was coming to visit it on the day we left. For some reason we couldn't find the hotel on our car's satnav but luckily we had been to Phitsanulok before.

One of our rooms had the view of next door's concrete wall, which wasn't mentioned in the info. The 2nd room didn't have a bedside lamp so it was either no light or a lot of light. The TV had about 20 channels, all Thai.The bathrooms have a shower curtain so the floor tiles get wet & slippery. Breakfast was fairly standard Thai hotel fare.

Great location near river and temple.Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hard to find parking space if you go out and back at night.

The staff were very good and very helpful, the room was as advertised, Having a very large bedroom as well as a large sitting room. The location was perfect as it was next to the river, you could have dinner and your breakfast overlooking the river which was ideal. I would differently stay in this Hotel again when in the area, a very pleasant stay .

For once there was nothing that I did not like, as perfect as a Hotel can get.
